We know you have better things to read than legal documents. So we wrote this one in plain language. Social Paw is a small pet-sitting and dog-walking business based in north Austin, Texas. This is a marketing website. There is no online booking portal, no login, no account system, and no payment processing on socialpaw.com. The only way information reaches us is if you choose to contact us directly, whether by phone, email, or a contact form. If you do not reach out, we do not collect anything about you personally.

When you call, text, or email us, you share some personal information. That typically includes your name, phone number, email address, and details about your pets and service needs. We use that information to respond to your inquiry and, if you book with us, to provide pet care.

Data retention
If you contact us and we end up working together, we keep your contact information and pet details for as long as we have an active relationship with you. If nothing comes of the inquiry, we hold onto basic contact info only as long as is practical to follow up, then it is gone. We do not maintain long-term databases of people who simply browsed the site.
Children's privacy
This website is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13. If you believe a child has submitted personal information to us, please contact us at the address below and we will delete it promptly.
Security
We take reasonable precautions to protect the information you share with us. That said, no communication over the internet is completely secure. If you have highly sensitive information to share, a phone call is always a good option.
